- Anti-inflammatory medications and supplements: To reduce bruising, stay away from ibuprofen, aspirin, and supplements such as St. John’s Wort, cod liver oil, and vitamins A, B, or E.
- Skincare Items (three days on each side of the procedure)
- Retinoids: Three days before to and following the treatment, stay away from cosmetics that contain retinoids.
Physical Restrictions (Post 5 Days)
- Compressive Wear: For five days, avoid wearing goggles, masks, or helmets that put pressure on the treated regions.
- Cosmetic Procedures (either side of treatment for three weeks)
- Skin Treatments: For three weeks before to your Profhilo session, refrain from getting facial massages, laser treatments, chemical peels, and dermabrasion.
